Design concept
The design is a circular mark featuring three ors inside. Continued with the concept of the logo of Construction and Planning Agency, ors yellow and chartreuse represent land and forest respectively while or blue suggests planning of marine territories of coasts, oceans and wetlands.

All these announce missions of Urban and Rural Development Branch: territorial planning “from mountains to seas.”
